This is a private practice not a corporate dental mill and man does it show! This was my first visit to Mad River Family Dental and I had previously been going to a corporate dentist office where I rarely saw the same person twice and it seemed like they were always trying to upsell me or convince me of needing work in addition to my standard cleaning plus never had time to answer questions and always seemed very rushed in general. The people at Mad River are super nice, walked me through all my x-rays, answered all my questions, and we're super thorough. You can tell everyone loves working there and Carrie was AMAZING! Dr Hickey was also super nice and not only to me but you can tell how good he is to work for from a staff perspective. The front office ladies are also a pleasure to deal with when making my appointment also handled all the insurance stuff for me. Makes a huge difference when you go to a place that has a close family feel and this is exactly why I will never go anywhere else. Thanks to all of you and we'll see you in Nov!

I am posting this review for my lovely wife whose smile is radiant and her teeth happy! The staff is always friendly and make Barbara feel very comfortable. They are professional and pleasant and I look forward to seeing her happy smile after her cleaning and she appreciates the time taken to do a thorough yet gentle job! She says her teeth feel so much better and I know they look better too! She's always been my queen and now she has her crown. We can both recommend Mad River Dental for the whole family! 😁👍
