We used Lance Roofing for an estimate on repairing issues found during the inspection period of potentially buying a new house. I called and someone answered the phone, wow, that rarely happens. They understood exactly what I needed and performed the estimate within days. That’s a rarity as well.
The report I received of their findings and what’s needed to repair was detailed and easy to understand.

We had 2 side by side houses with storm damage. Lance came out for inspections on the day we called. They made temporary repairs and were able to schedule the roof repairs and roof replacements within a couple of weeks. The crews were amazing and completed all the work within 2 full days. I was referred to Lance Roofing & Siding a couple of years ago by Servicemaster. A few Hardie board siding needed replacement on a bottom part of wall. I went through four different roofing and siding companies who quoted me really outrageous prices. One of them even told me that the entire house needed a new siding! They quoted me anywhere between $5,000 to more than $100,000! I won't disclose the names of these roofing companies because I don't want a lawsuit for libel.
