Everything went very good. The serviceman did all the testing and cleaned and serviced our air conditioner. We do need a new part and it will come in later next week and we will pay for that part. All went well.

Austin was super nice and very professional. He articulated how the installation process would go. He was ready to answer any questions we had. After the installation he walked us through the new thermostat features and equipment installed. He was great to work with.

The two installers put covers on their shoes when they came inside, put sheets down on my hardwood floors to protect them and cleaned up the areas where they were working. Both installers did a nice job installing the furnace and AC. Would highly recommend this company!
