I had my furnace replaced last week and they did a great job. the process of having a technician out to identify the issue, an estimator provide options, and then the install itself was easy and clear. I am confident that they are an honest company. the install team (Warren, Dakota, and Jay) were so friendly and professional. my only, only complaint is that the workspace was left a little dirty and I had to pick up screws and metal shards by hand to prevent damaging my vacuum. however, I will recommend Deere Heating and Cooling to everyone.
We had a great experience working with Deer Heating & Cooling. Their team was incredibly friendly, professional, and transparent. They offered us a very competitive price. They took the time to answer our questions and truly impressed us with their customer service and willingness to work even around the holidays. The only reason we didn't move forward with their installation was because another company was able to schedule the install a couple days sooner. That said, we will absolutely recommend them and will not hesitate to consider them in the future. Great company!
This was my first time using this company. I previously used Airchanics. Never again. Ghosted me. Left me cold. What a jerk. I was fed up and called Deer Heating. I had an appointment the following day. Kenny, diagnosed my issue within 10 minutes. Had the replacement part in his van. I went from a cold house to my furnace working quickly. Warm immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are on the ball and very competent and professional.
