I called Dan on April 21st to come and measure my home for carpet installation. Dan, came the next day, on April 22nd, and measured for the carpet. The carpet was installed on April 23rd. Dan couldn't have been more easy to work with and completely professional. The installation was flawless and the carpet is BEAUTIFUL! I HIGHLY recommend Dan and his company!! I used the new Lebanon store.
I am super happy with the job completed by Dan the Carpet Man. Bill was very helpful in picking out a floor that we loved and scheduling me quickly. The crew who installed it did a fantastic job with the install. Everything looks phenomenal. There was a little misunderstanding about the baseboards being caulked on top upon completion, but Chris came out and finished that for us with no hassle. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I had two of the friendliest installers a girl could ask for. I wish I remembered their names. Greg at the store has great options and ideas when sticking to a budget. He has great communication, and when he says you’ll hear back, you most definitely will. The whole process took about 2 weeks from the idea of new carpet to install. This is the second time I have went through them for carpet and neither time was I disappointed. The first time I used them for a different house, we did whole house carpet and hardwood in the kitchen.
