My family had always worked with Burchams since I was a kid. All through the years I never heard anyone complain about any of the usual issues some have had at other companies. My family and myself have continued to use Burcham Tobias even after the merger of companies. They have taken the best care of my family. They are considerate at one of the most difficult times. They treat the entire family with dignity and respect especially your deceased loved one. Nothing is assumed. They confirm everything that they do with you. Definitely removing as much pressure as possible while making decisions. It’s definitely more than just a funeral home.
The staff was very kind and compassionate worked well with my sister and I coordinate bringing our mother home from Florida to be buried with our father at Byron cemetery in Fairborn, Ohio.
