I can’t put into words how grateful I am. Sam was incredible throughout the whole process. She cared for my mom like she would her own. Never once did I have a bad vibe. I had never done this before, and I was doing it all alone, but I didn’t FEEL alone. Sam guided me the entire way. I know it’s her job, but I am so impressed with how she handles it.
