The negative reviews don’t make sense to me. While Dr. Thomas comes off with maybe a “cold” demeanor, he’s done everything he could for every problem I’ve come to him with. He makes things happen. My medications are always updated when need be and refilled on time. The nurses have always been amazing to me and super kind. Most practices I’ve been to before go way overboard with the empathy and never get things done. If you need a good physician, this is the place! Can’t convince me otherwise.

I can't believe how rude I've been treated by this staff. I am coming in to take care of my health and I get treated like a child for asking questions and getting frustrated when no one is giving me a straight answer.Finding a new doctor and staff immediately. This office needs to seriously consider how it speaks to people and take in to account that their patients might be concerned or stressed about what they're having done and what it could mean for their health.

Every time I have called, I was able to be seen as soon as the next day. The staff at the front desk aren't very pleasant, but the medical staff were. Everyone greeted me and offered a smile.My visits costed nothing because they were annual wellness checks; however the prescription I was given was over $100, which I don't recall being that much last year. Overall, my visits were in and out, with little wait time and the office is nearby, so I'm happy. I will most likely return.
