The whole staff is so welcoming and caring when I bring my dog, Mabel, here. Dr. Sattler is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that is easily understandable. Mabel is so comfortable around everyone who works there. It makes me appreciative knowing she’s in good hands. I highly recommend Refugee Canyon.

Our appointment with Stephanie (vet tech) and Dr. Sattler was excellent. Oliver received a very thorough 'new pet' exam. Both Stephanie and Dr. Sattler were thorough in their questions and exam as well as sensitive to Oliver's nervousness at being in a new place with new people (after being adopted and brought from Kentucky four days earlier). I was also struck by how quickly Dr. Sattler 'read' Oliver's personality and behaviors. Thank you for your good care.

I have always been able to get my dog in quickly. The staff is wonderful. They take great care of my dog, who's older, and are understanding of his issues. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
