Whoever the girl is that works here is incredible. I came in with a set of 3 keys I needed duplicated. Everywhere else said they couldn’t do it because they are “odd” keys. She didn’t rush me out the door or give me a sense that I’d be leaving without what I needed. She took the time to look up the keys in some book, then found the exact blanks necessary and had the keys duplicated within 20 minutes. What was even more impressive was that she duplicated the keys after only looking at the originals for a second and she didn’t even have the originals with her when she grind the new ones.

Locked out of my house and misplaced the spare key, Young delivered. Had them swap out a deadbolt lock while they were here as well. Kyle was quick, friendly, and transparent about what he was doing while he was doing it. Solid 5/5 stars.
Locked myself out of my garage and called Young for a house call. They came promptly, the service tech, Kyle, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He was even able to key the new knob to my existing house key. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again.
