Been here for 2 years. I unfortunately have to move because of health reasons. If you have a problem, the maintenance staff is right on top of it, and the Management are good at listening if you have a issue. I have been lucky and had good neighbors, if you want to talk..they will, or they will just let you be. I hope my next place will be as good as this one.

Love living here! My husband and I have been living in Sherwood for about a year and a half now. We started off in a small one bedroom which we quickly outgrew. We voiced our desire to move into a bigger apartment to Darlene (property manager) and within the next day we had our keys to our new 2 bedroom apartment! They are spacious, and you definitely get your money's worth. Maintenance is 24/7 and always reliable. I do wish they would upgrade the buildings- but that's the only complaint. It is a very quiet community. We've never had any issues with the building, neighbors, or staff.

This has been a great place to live. And fortunately had a few good neighbors. The staff at Sherwood. Forest were very professional. As well as pleasant to speak with for their attention in any needs or concerns. And with any problem that might occur they will provide immediate assistance required. To them...a huge "Thank you."
