Roto rooter was able to send out someone the same day as i called. This was wonderful as i only have one bathroom.

When the sewage water backed up into my basement i wanted to runaway! It was such a smelly, dirty mess. I called at least 4 different company's but only Hassan came out right away. He looked at the mess, took pictures, and worked with my insurance. He explained every step and answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions. He was so professional, kind, and empathetic towards all my concerns. I highly recommend him!
