Glasses are often ready early, and many find their prescriptions, including driving glasses, to be perfect. However, some patients desire better communication about visit results and the availability of a patient portal.
Dr. Helfrich was professional and helpful with my exam. When picking up my eyeglasses, I spent 45 minutes waiting for a task that took the technician 3 minutes. I was called and told to make an appointment to pick up my glasses. Which I did. While waiting, 6 patients were in and out of the office to have exams, pick up glasses, etc. Six employees wandering around with little being done. When I returned to the front desk and asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait, she disappeared! Went into another office and never came back. The technician that did finally wait on me, must have been the lowest on the totem pole! Poor kid! Seriously, the strangest and most annoying thing to ever happen to me in a Doctors office. It’s no wonder they require a large staff, they are all working at 1/2 pace.
i love my doc an the ladies are like extended family...so warm an welcomin always go above an beyond to help take care of my situations i highly recomend these guys
