Stephanie you are absolutely amazing at your job I'm sorry we started off on a bad foot however you did take very good care of my girls Trixie and lala it was very uneventful getting them back thank you for everything the girls thank you as well

It seems like as of lately they are always full. So if you are looking for a dog they are a great place to stop in and look. Or if you have lost your dog, try here. The workers are kind. I have 4 kids and they let us all walk back and take a look. They are quite responsible as well, there was a dog that we were interested in but she was still not adjusting to being there and to avoid possibly hurting someone they said we can look but not touch and no meet and greet. I think this is wonderful that they don't risk the dogs life or possibly injury to people. I've been to places that just didnt care. It wasn't a good situation to say the least.

I wrk all week fr 7a-5:30p. So by the time I drive fr Oberlin to Elyria, I'm definitely barely making to kennel before they close @ 6p. I called as soon as I got off work and told the nice young lady who answered the phone that I was in need of two dog license and that I was driving from Oberlin. Well... I barely made(5:45ish),but when I got there, the place was surprisingly quiet. Plus, I didn't smell bad when walking through the door. I was most definitely surprised by how quiet and content all the dogs were. The young lady even got a jump start on the dog license paperwork by the time I got there. I was in and out of there in no time!
