The atmosphere was relaxing andthe receptionist was pleasant and very nice. The doctor made me feel comfortable because I was actually really nervous. Overall I would recommend hearing life to family and friends.

Dr.Mattingly is kind and respectful of her clients. I had a problem with my hearing app . Of course it happened on a Friday and I was afraid I would not hear for the weekend. I was able to get to the office right before closing. I really appreciated Dr. Mattingly resolving my problem. I felt very welcome. Denise Ferrara

Audiologist was so nice as well as the receptionist at the Elyria office when I went for my appointment on 3/2/22. Very friendly and concerned about how my hearing aides were working and if I had any questions. Did a hearing test. Very pleased with my visit.
