“Went to the Elyria location for my first visit. The attention to detail was fabulous on my eye brow wax. Samonya (I hope I have that right!) was diligent and felt like she even threaded a few stray hairs for me. Asked if I wanted aloe when I was done.
I did dock a star only because of price confusion. The website says 12$ for eye brows and the woman before me was charged 15$ (I assume tax) but I was charged 17$.”
