I always recommend Empirical computers when anyone around me has an issue. Trustworthy, personable, reasonable, typically fairly quick to have issues solved and will go above and beyond to help. I recommend purchasing their refurbished computers as well, I have bought two for reasonable prices that held up great.

I highIy recommend Empirical Computers. Speedy service at a very reasonabIe price. I've had the monthly coverage for security/virus monitoring for years. Remote access assistance is convenient and efficient. I'm a senior and get easiIy understandabIe explanations for any issues. The charge port on my 6 yr old Dell laptop (which is otherwise in great condition, fast, and works perfectly) became deformed and stopped charging. I called multiple computer repair places, a couple of them told me they didn't do this kind of repair and a couple others recommended I buy a new laptop because it would be cheaper to replace it than to pay for the parts/labor to replace the charge port. I was very disheartened to hear this because there is otherwise nothing wrong with my computer!
