Purchased one of their saws, new from a separate retailer. Had a few minor issues / glitches with it.
Pete Mitchell the representative with Diamond Products has gone above n beyond to make make it right. He is extremely knowledgeable in the sawing industry with 40+ yrs. at DPs.
They stand behind their products !!!

One of the biggest and best in the business. You can't match their shear amount of incredibly useful products, or the fact that they cut through concrete and asphalt like a hot knife through butter. Anybody who says otherwise is unenlightened to the art of kicking-asphalt and cutting concrete.
