I wish I could give more stars. I am completely new to the pool care world. We bought a home with an inground and I had no idea how to take care of it. The guys came out and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of care. Then when I hit bump, Laura answer every call and patiently walking me through troubleshooting until we found a solution. I could not be more grateful for their help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
UNBELIEVABLE! I cannot think of a time that I have ever left a review before this but these guys were so good that I had to go out of my way to do so! Dave and his crew were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they were wonderful. They did all this work and if you look at my yard, you would literally never know. They were so cautious and respectful of everything they did. I would never steer anyone who was thinking of a pool in any other direction then Dave and his guys. There are not many companies or guys like Dave these days. Just wonderful from start to finish. I like Deca Pools. So far I've had the pool 1 year, they came out and spent 1.5 hours with me to discuss maintenance, chemicals, showed me how to test, clean and manage the pool. Went through all the chemicals and protection needed.... Very happy
