Recently had our roof replaced. Terry was very thorough when meeting with us to prepare an estimate. Due to the backlog from the winter wind storms and spring rains, we did have to wait quite a while before the work could be done. However, the work was done within the timeframe quoted. The whole crew was very professional and respectful of our property. They were very hard working and worked diligently until they completed the job. They did a great job cleaning up and were very thorough. We did have one unforeseen issue, but Terry and his crew quickly resolved the issue in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Coates Bros.! Great job!!
