I was a walk-in for the Express Clinic to get diagnosed for strep. The staff was super personable and friendly, and although the wait time was about an hour, the quick test made up for it. Fun fact: they make their strep tests taste like grape!! That was kinda fun!!
Review of Our Urgent Care Visit
I recently took my mom to a Cleveland Clinic urgent care, and while the care she received was excellent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
The Good: Dr. Kus, the provider we saw, was phenomenal. She was incredibly thorough, ensuring my mom received the right medications and care. Her professionalism and attention to detail were reassuring during a stressful visit.

The wait time to see a physician can be a bit on the longer side when the urgent care is busy but nothing compared to the wait at University/EMH ER. The doctors are always very fast, friendly and efficient once taken back to be treated. I would highly recommend this urgent care for minor injuries, flu and strep testing and sports physicals.
