Theresa was the best!! She completely gets it. A new dryer we had purchased, had completed failed. We were without a dryer, and spending a fortune at the laundromat. She ordered the parts quickly and got us going with a tech before the holiday 4th weekend. Simply the best!!! Shout out to the Paul the tech, also 5 stars!! Very efficient, and highly recommend.
My oven stopped working and needed parts that had to be ordered, one of the parts was on back order but they kept me updated which I greatly appreciated! This morning they called to let me know the part was in, he (I don't remember his name) was here shortly after calling, replaced the parts, oven fixed within 15 minutes! Excellent service and very polite - he also apologized for the wait on the parts - but that wasn't his fault at all! I will definitely recommend AAA to others.
I liked the repair man I thought he was a interesting guy. Please don't retire! If I could post his name I would. I first met him when he fixed our Speed Queen washer. I thought he was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He also fixed a water leak in our refrigerator which was a nightmare problem. If I had tried to fix it myself I would have replaced the solenoid valve and wasted a lot of money instead of replacing the plastic tube that had the leak. The prices they charge are slightly better than having the GE repairman walk through the door. One of the big advantages of calling AAA is that in general they have a better response time than ** which may take a couple weeks to get a repairman to walk through the door from the day you call them with the problem.
