For years I had to put my hair partially up or all the way up to hide it being uneven. I would tell the girl doing my hair every time that it was not straight. She would pull both sides down and say "yes it is". I'm so happy I found someone that knows how to cut curly hair and finally have it laying the right way. John did a top-notch job of removing, grinding, and cleaning up a large tree in our front yard. They were very careful with our lawn and the only real trace of their work is the bare spot from stump grinding and that was filled in and leveled so well that it is ready to seed grass on. Master plumber Ricky Maldonado from Bassett Plumbing came to our rescue yesterday after we had lost our “hot” water on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend! Which meant no hot water on the Monday the Holiday and when we did reach his office on Tuesday, they were booked solid but after hearing our situation they said they had one guy who could come after 6pm and see what he could do. We had a broke Navien tankless water heater which is great when it works but touchy if not maintained. Ricky ran a battery of tests and found three different error codes, and water inside the unit from a cracked heating exchanger that had leaked down onto the circuit board and shorted out several functions. So, he got Navien Technical Support on the phone and together they documented enough problems that the parts warranty costs would be so high… he talked them into giving us a brand-new unit with another full warranty! He left that evening to go home to his wife around 9pm. The next day there he was at our front door with the new replacement unit and had it installed in less than 3 hours! Labor costs seemed high $3,098.02 but we have hot water and a new heater. Thanks Ricky!

Wow. I never got around to talk about the exceptional service this place offers because of life getting so chaotic. Destiny H truly takes care of her clients (and that’s honestly an understatement) and Zach made me feel the safest I ever have while getting tattooed by a male and it made the experience very wholesome especially since my bf was able to hit it off with him and Destiny H. Reading below reviews I can only feel that getting a loan is a very stressful process, and finding a bank for a specific loan can be even more daunting. Even so, everyone's financial situation is so different in how much money you have, and well, how much you don't. I've been dealing with Amy Lipps for a few years now, and can truly say that she has the customers best interest at heart. I came to Amy more than 2 years ago talking about a dream of a pole barn structured house. She made that happen for me. That being said all the financial pieces aligned for us just right. We are able to be our own GCs on the project, needing 10% cash in hand, owned the land as equity, and appraised for what we needed which is key. They were only able to lend 65% of appraised value so money in hand is important. Overall the process took right at 3 months. We were more than happy with our final closing. We have to use Crowell pretty regularly due to roots getting into our main sewer line. They've always been great but I want to give them a special shout out today for coming out during a level 2 snow emergency to clear our line again. Our system getting backed up during this winter storm was extraordinarily crappy timing but Crowell showed up within a couple hours and got us up and running again. Appreciate them!
We had to take in our baby girl Lola for an emergency visit due to her not eating and losing weight over a 2 week period. The staff and vet were very friendly and respectful of our needs. Never once did we feel rushed or like they didn't care. They gave us all the time that we needed to say our final goodbyes after we found out that she had cancer and it was the aggressive kind. Thank you and all the staff that helped take care of our girls.
