Teresa, the person who took the call, was kind, understanding, and assured the customer that a technician would be sent the next day. True to their word, Rob and his assistant Kirk, arrived early, positive, professional, and went above and beyond to fix the issue. We have had issues from disconnected and messed up duct work to needing a more appropriately sized heat pump they can fix it all. Josh and his team and quick professional and extremely honest. Can't recommend them enough.
