I went here for a good amount of time. The last 2 dentists that ran this office were pretty good. But Dr brasse I am not happy with. I had an emergency with my crown coming off and he would not see me until the next open day. Mind you they have his cellphone as an emergency number to call and he completely ignored it was an emergency. My crown broke AGAIN the next week. And now , today , my crown again broke. I don’t eat super sticky or chewy foods. I don’t chew that much on my left side either which is the side the crowns on. Dr brasse likes to rush his patients. And the work is clearly not quality. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

The dentist is a great dentist there I really enjoy his work and I enjoy what he does for his patients but the lady up front the manager whoever she is was very unpleasant to me I didn't appreciate it she's always unpleasant to me she was unpleasant to my cousin that went there so my cousin went else is there any way that we get someone better that treats people all equal thank you

I'm 73 and Dr. Brassee and his staff are the best that I've ever encountered. I live in Geauga County and I followed them to Eastlake from Mentor because I felt that highly of them.
