The young Costello service techs ( I believe Anthony and Harold) were knowledgeable and replaced my faulty furnace motor quickly and without incident! I was impressed with their professional customer service; rare in today’s world. Office was professional as well. Thank you.
Gene was friendly, yet professional. He did a great job and answered any questions I had. I also got some extra advice on home projects. I would recommend them to anyone. ??????
The temperature was 7° and the wind chill of -10°. It was at 10pm. They asked the temperature in the house. I told them and I was ok because I had some space heaters. They said they would call in the morning. They were here by 915. Everything fixed and reasonable.
