Calling long distance. Phone rang over a hundred times and they still didn't answer. Called 4 different times. The first time I got voicemail. The second time it was answered by the service desk and they sent me back to them. Third time they picked up the phone and hung up on me. The fourth time, they just let it ring. Poor way to conduct business. I guess my money isn't good enough so I will take it somewhere that it is!!

Every time I have went here. I hav gotten nothing but negativity and negative attitudes, for no reason at all. I asked just a simple question in a polite manner and all I ever get is a negative response back. That is why I will always go to Salem Walmart vision center and not East Liverpool.

There is never anyone to fix glasses there. I could understand once but everytime I need glasses fixed. Get more certified people. The one lady was rude the other was okay. I understand people call off, but to have only one person to fix glasses on site is the craziest thing ever. Everyone should be certified to fix glasses that work there. Stuff like being inconvenienced makes people go elsewhere.

Their warranty isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. Lenses were to be replaced and order for replacements never left the store for over a month. 2 new lenses had the exact same scratch in the exact same place. Was told it was they must be getting scratched in the lab. After being told they wouldn't replace again, I had to point out it was not my fault, it was the lab. Manager was nice to speak to but warranty is horrible. Save yourself the headache and go to a real eye doctor. Won't be returning to Walmart Vision Center ever again.

I'm posting for my mom... The staff was very helpful. I went to see them because my mom's glasses broke. She's in her 90s, very limited mobility, and legally deaf. It would be really difficult on both of us to have to bring her in for a visit. So instead the staff was nice enough to use her old glasses to make new ones. Thank you so much. You saved me so hassle.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with any Buisness. I've walked in three different times and all three they have been able to come up with some excuse. Latest example, went in offered to pay to adjust my glasses since I just got them in the mail. The lady said she can not because she isn't a licensed optometrist... when you can literally go to any sunglasses hut or booth in any mall and some teenager will knock that out in 10 seconds. I guess I have to go to the mall now..

Honestly best optician I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a couple questions about everything that happened in Salem and got told that Ohio has some of the most extreme vision care laws she answered everything I asked and never was short with anything Salem needs to change there times of being open if the optician leaves at 5

Been here twice told couldn't pick up glasses because optician wasn't there.Was told when ask when she would be there. Was told they weren't aloud to know each others hours. Worst place ever.
