I dealt with every worker in office, every one being extremely helpful patient and considerate of my daughter (on the spectrum) and I a single parent. Candice specifically was an outstanding worker some of the best customer service and quality care I have seen in especially in the area. The Doctor was very tedious and took the time to ensure I knew what was happening and to make sure I got the right prescription I would definitely recommend this office!

I'm posting for my mom... The staff was very helpful. I went to see them because my mom's glasses broke. She's in her 90s, very limited mobility, and legally deaf. It would be really difficult on both of us to have to bring her in for a visit. So instead the staff was nice enough to use her old glasses to make new ones. Thank you so much. You saved me so hassle.

Honestly best optician I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a couple questions about everything that happened in Salem and got told that Ohio has some of the most extreme vision care laws she answered everything I asked and never was short with anything Salem needs to change there times of being open if the optician leaves at 5
