Horrible customer service, we called them two months ago to fix our air conditioning. Told us they were busy and they would get to us as soon as they could which would be in July. Still haven't showed up or do they ever return phone calls. The part the told us was bad, I had to go pick up because it was under warranty. We called a different gentleman in the morning he was here that evening. Here the part they told us needed fixed wasn't even what's wrong. I would not recommend this company. Terrible way to run a business.

Poor.
Heat & A/C weren't working. Called Sanford. Tech came out next day, replaced some card. About $200 total.
No heat or cool needed the next few days (weather was nice). When I turned the a/c on again, nothing. Tech came back, couldn't find any problems. Said it was working OK.
The next day I needed a/c, and it didn't work again. Called them again. Same tech came out again, tinkered around, decided it was the expansion valve. Said would have boss call me the next day with the total cost to replace it.
Nobody called me, so I called back the 2nd day. Boss told me the total would be $429.00 parts and labor. I asked him if he could send another tech this time, as it took the same guy three visits to figure this out. He laughed at me and said "if you don't trust my tech, call someone else".
So I called someone else. Horrible customer service.
