I drove 2 hours and 15 minutes for my appointment with Kelle. I had gone to a different salon and sadly my hair color was a nightmare. I read reviews of this Salon online and I just knew I had to call! I explained the situation and how upset I was and they immediately got me in with Kelle. I CAN NOT BEGIN TO SAY HOW WONDERFUL SHE IS! She truly cares and made the time for my hair “emergency .” Not only did she save my hair, she saved me from being so very distraught over the situation. Absolutely amazing salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They took the time to really listen to what I wanted and brought my vision to life even better than I imagined. The attention to detail and level of care truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful results.
I must admit that I was reluctant to keep my appt due to my thin hair and past experiences with other places, however, I’m so glad that I kept this one scheduled with Caley! Caley did such an amazing job in both hearing my concerns & adding some suggestions for my cut & style that i’m so happy with! I’ll be scheduling my next appt soon!
