So this genius was driving down the I 81 southbound in West Virginia and when he got into the scaled house. Just inside of virginia, he blew by the scale COMPLETELY IGNORED THE LIGHTS, TELLING HIM TO PROCEED TO THE SCALE. When I tried to tell him that his door wasn't properly closed, he had nothing to do but flip me off. Then proceeded to try to run me off the road. Congratulations S T G logistics.You're part of the problem.
Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company for LTL. I used the deferred service to save some $ and it has been frustrating from the day my shipment was picked up.
Tracking is horrible and super vague.
The only people ya answer the phone is the CSR team but they cannot offer any assistance (other than, “your shipment is at the delivery terminal and should deliver tomorrow or the next day” which has been the response for two days now and is still today.
I will never use them again, for any sector of their business due to this debacle.
Brokerage team is a joke. All shady on the phones and to one-another. Company standards are awful. They will take every chance they get to screw an employee or carrier over if it means they are making a quick buck.
