So had my worst experience at a Sports clips I’ve ever had. Ray was super nice, but does a terrible job. Would not recommend him. Haircut felt very rushed and unfinished. The beard trim, wasn’t even a beard trim and needed a lot of clean up on the lines. Just super unhappy and would not recommend going to him. Should have noticed the signs when the other had a massive waiting list and he was open.

I love that you can get on the app, And get in line so you dont have to wait when you get there. I love how the chore of a haircut becomes a relaxing experience. But i give all props to my stylest Janeth. The way she listens, and brings my vision to life is unmatched. And i love that i can use the app to see when shes working, and reserve her as my stylist, that way if there is a wait, when i arrive, shes ready for me. Her attention to detail is impecable. If i make a last minute decision or decide to change something i previously wanted to try, shes right their with me ready to make it happen. We even talked about hairstyles to try when the weather warms up. Her conversation is always a pleasure and its always fun getting to see her. I highly reccomend booking with her if you get the chance to!

Booked an appointment, wait time was 35 minutes. Decided to wait in my car as I had some calls to make. Came back inside 20 minutes later and saw my wait time was now 50 minutes. I asked what happened, the lady told me she called me 10 minutes ago. I said I did not receive a call, she said well I asked the lobby. I asked why she did not call me or notify me as every other sport clips does, her response was that I can wait the 50 minutes. Never go to this location, just a pathetic experience.

Showed up as a walk in at 535pm (they close at 6pm) and they locked the doors already. There was one person in the chair and no one waiting. To me that is terrible business practice! And I would love for their boss to know they are closing the doors 25mins early. I will find a new place to go, lost a loyal customer tonight!

Monique was very friendly and personable. I have not found a place I like to go to consistently since moving to Ohio five years ago, but will be returning to the Sawmill location and requesting Monique every time.
