We needed a new water heater and we got an appointment for the next morning. We also had two new faucets installed and two outdoor spigots. If you have add on work it’s at a 30% discount. The Master plumber Dave came the next morning and was very friendly, polite and explained everything he needed to do. Dave was very professional from installation to cleaning up at the finish of the job. Definitely will use Roto-Rooter Plumbing in the future. We were very happy with how quickly they responded and with the quality of the work.
Really quick turnaround from the time I scheduled online, to when the technician James showed up. He was knowledgeable and had a difficult job, and it gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you!
