“I had the best experience with Elena purchasing my first home! She made the whole experience so relaxed and stress free. Anytime we hit any kind of problems I knew I could trust Elena to solve it. She delivered an easy and wonderful experience during the process. It was so important for me to trust everyone in the process, and She out did herself in that aspect. So thankful I was able to find her.”
“Joe was amazing to work with. An excellent commincator. As a first time home buyer who didn't know exactly what I was doing he made the whole process really smooth. Uploading all of our docs online was a breeze. Was constantly available via phone/email and quick to respond. We were even able to move our closing date up 10 days because everything went by with no issues. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage. He definitely made a customer for life.”
“Huge thanks to Rao Shen for being so patient and thorough throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond to help us secure our loan and buy our dream home. We’re incredibly grateful for her support and couldn’t have done it without her.”
