I'm an Easton member and have come over here a couple times for the maintenance closure at Easton and for the spa, as Easton does not have one. Let me tell you, I can't wait til Easton gets a spa because I HATE coming here. The front desk staff are not kind. They barely smile or provide any recognition when you come in. I was chastised recently coming in and being a member at a different location (which is a benefit I pay for, to be able to utilize multiple locations) until I explained I was going to the spa, at which point I was still nothing to them, but less severely. Had my son's birthday party here, everything was PERFECT. When scheduling, ask for Maria Davis and ask that Annie and Abby be assigned to your party. Absolutely amazing. You do not have to be a member to book a party, anyone can!
