We recently had two (2) sets of sliding glass doors replaced. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and professional, offering explanations as they went each step through the process.

We used HEGG a few years ago to replace half of the windows in our house and most recently a sliding patio door. Everyone, including office staff, installation crew, and sales staff are all very friendly and efficient. We had to wait several months for our installation date and we were still kept informed along the way…even if it was just a confirmation that the date was still the same! We have had no issues with any of our new windows or doors! We plan on coming back when we’re ready to replace the rest of our windows.

I highly recommend Hegg! This isn't the first time we've replaced doors (previous homes we've owned); I've never worked with a company that had such excellent customer service and attention to detail post-install. The install experience was great. But then they also had someone come out to do a quality control review and identify any concerns with the install and/or minor things that needed to be done as a result of the install (paint touch up, stucco repair, etc.). We'll definitely be using them for our front door replacement as well. Great company!
