We had 10 large windows put in by Hegg Windows and doors in our Living Room and Kitchen. We met with Dave S., the salesperson and he explained all the different products we could use. He was the most knowledgeable salesperson we met in the process. There was absolutely no pressure. After checking a couple more companies we called Dave back as it was apparent to us that Hegg was THE BEST company to do business with. On the second visit, Dave came with a Joe, who did the exact measuring, and we signed a contract. We chose Marvin Ultimate. About 3 months later, Madi, called. I found Hegg at the Home and Garden Show and enjoyed talking with the person at the Hegg booth. The salesperson who visited my home was very knowledgeable and personable and answered all my questions. Communication was very good throughout the process with a couple informative phone calls and back-up emails which I very much appreciated. The installers did a wonderful job and the finished product (front door and storm door) is beautiful, air-tight and very functional. I think very highly of this company and would recommend Hegg wholeheartedly to anyone needing doors and windows.
