I’m so grateful Dr. Melinda Cooksey recommended Healing Hands Physical Therapy to my husband and me! I have experienced relief for so many chronic problems! Working with Tina has truly been a game-changer in dealing with my low back pain. From the very first session, she took the time to understand the root of my pain and tailored a treatment plan specific to my needs. Her deep knowledge and hands-on approach is unmatched.
She has provided me with techniques and exercises that have helped me manage my condition long-term. Tina is truly passionate about what she does, and it shows in every session. I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone struggling with pain or looking for a skilled, compassionate physical therapist.
I can’t recommend Tina highly enough. I was dealing with hip pain from a torn glute medius and anxious to get back to running. Instead of just focusing on my hip, Tina took time to assess my entire posterior chain biomechanics to find the root cause of the issue. Shes’s very knowledgeable and actively listens to and addresses your concerns. I responded really well to her manual therapy techniques and was able to ease back into running after a couple of visits. Definitely check out her practice if you’re struggling with an injury or pain that’s keeping you from doing what you love.
