We are new to Ohio. The insurance gave us a long list. The only thing was getting an initial appointment. There was a long wait. After getting a plan of care, things came together. He hadn’t been to a dentist in YEARS!! The cost was presented and appointments were made. My husband has been to four appointments. There has never been more than a four minute wait to get called back. The staff is extremely friendly from the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between. They are always concerned on how he feels. They explain everything that is going to happen. I’m happy we found this practice. Next will be my appointment!
