The first thing I noticed was if he says he is going to do something, he does it. No shortcuts, no delays. I had contacted 4 roofers to put up ice cleats on my polymer slate porch roof. Pat did the research, found the best product and installed them. This solved my problem of snow and ice falling onto my hedge killing it. I am so grateful to have this problem solved and will definitely use him in any of my future projects.
