I had a cavity removed and a filling done on one of my molars at this clinic. After the procedure, I started experiencing severe pain that was so bad I could not sleep. I went back to the clinic for help, but they told me to wait until my appointment 10 days later.
The pain continued the entire time. When I finally came back for my appointment, they told me that I needed to see a specialist instead. I am very disappointed with the care I received. The pain was never properly addressed, and I felt ignored when I asked for help.
In my experience, this is a very poor dental clinic, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst dentist ever, they have zero respects for patients, my wife has an appointment she checked in before her appointment and she was seating for for over an hour as they get busy she asked when she will get in they told her your appointment was early before you come in. Personally I had bad experience with them in the past as well
I will not recommend this place at all, please don’t waste your time and your money also depends on your insurance how they will treat you

Best dentist I have ever been to! The staff are all so kind and caring. I feel so comfortable no matter what work I have had done they take great care of me. I see Dr. Balingcongan but I know all their doctors are great. I work with Tiffany a lot and she’s one of my favorites! Would recommend them for anything dental you need done!

Love dentist and staff! Besides one the male receptionist hates his job and life he should not work there and is rude! It would be a much better experience if he is not there! We wish he would be let go. I have been there two times both times he has been awful! Tip give the job to someone who actually wants to deal with people.

*** updated review*** Still 5/5. I dont understand the bad reviews with this location. They never do unessecary work or drill away at your teeth. Ive been going here for over 5 years. Ive had periods of no insurance and different types of insurance, they have always been professional and affordable. Dr Munn is amazing. Hes knowledgeable, kind, and very gentle. His staff is great. Paola is is my favorite. I actually try to book when she is working because shes so wonderful. She placed a temporary crown that actually lasted until the crown came in. (I broke my last temporary twice waiting for a crown) she gives me tips on dental hygiene, brushing, and honest about what to expect. Shes just pleasant and grounding to be around. Amenia did so much work to have my crowns approved. (My insurance company was being difficult) The office manager is always helping her staff. They are all very nice and seem like they care about their patients. Its a great team.

Doctor Balincognan aka Dr. B at the Dublin office is one of those dentists that act on behalf of the patient. He's a gem of dentist that cares about your dental health, not the bottom dollar. He and the staff at Comfort Dental should be commended for their compassionate care. My experience at Comfort Dental Sawmill has always been incredibly pleasant and mostly pain free, thanks to the knowledgeable and caring staff. They work hard to ease your nervousness and fears. 👋If you're scared to go to the dentist, you won't be after your visit here. And your teeth will thank you. Great people who actually care about you. Highly recommend this location!!

Worst dentist and assistants ever! They ruined 2 of my partials by grinding away too much while fitting. They grinded down a tooth on my bridge way to low. First bridge they gave me cracked within weeks of receiving and they blamed it on me. Everytime I had to schedule to get their mistakes fixed, it took weeks to get in. I had all my records transferred to another dentist.

This experience for my family, was the best dental experience. They are very efficient and the bedside manner is unmatched. I would recommend this location over every dentist office I’ve ever visited. Tiffany was amazing. She made us feel at home. My son is very nervous about dental procedures. She took worry off of his shoulder and and explained what he could expect next during his visit. Dr. Munn is the best dentist!! My son is very comfortable with him and I am very pleased with this experience.. The front desk associates, are very friendly and helped me with scheduling and other questions I had. Also, they got us in on Saturday which is the only day I’m available for appointments!! Thank you all for having a positive impact on us!
