Shea was great! We have lost tons of water due to a leak around the light. Or so we thought. Shea repaired that and found the liner had come away from the seal under the steps. Almost a 3 foot separation so that’s where the water had been “leaking”. He repaired that and it has held. He also found another leak at main drain that we didn’t know we had. He took care of that today and we are GOOD TO GO for the first swim of the season!! Shea is very friendly and professional and made every attempt to make sure we were taken care of. Appreciate him so much! We will be calling them to close our pool this year. THANKS AGAIN.

ARK completed another project for us. This time they installed a new pool heater. Art visited our site and helped us determine the best location for the heater. He then provided help with sizing the heater and provided cut sheets of the unit we selected. That all went smoothly.
For the installation, Shea and Tom did a great job with adapting the heater to our setup. They suggested an improvement for routing the plumbing that really put the piping out of harms way in our pool house. Shea's craftsmanship of the completed installation is top notch. We're very pleased! Great job ARK!
