He was so caring and made me feel so at ease while getting a crown. So much that I made an appointment for next week for more work. “I can only recommend Dr. Eberhardt‘s office. Everybody is super-professional —-> from the office staff to the doctor all the way to the hygienists. My hygienist, Jamie, is extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable, and very detail-oriented. She takes her time! Which I love about her. I always leave the office super relaxed because I lie down in my chair, and let them do their thing and it’s like a spa visit. I get one hour of relax time, and I leave knowing that I’ve been very well taken care of. Plus, everything is always explained very well, and as the patient I feel like my opinion counts. I was scheduled for bone graft, plus implant and crown with another Dr who's office is at Good Sam. I was so scared because I didn't feel comfortable and didn't trust that Dr, hidden charges 3-4 appointments to get the implant and general anesthesia, yuk! Then...I got VERY LUCKY!! I was referred to Dr M by one of my clients (I'm a Sports therapist CMT in LG) I called and left vm with Dr M explaining my fear at working with the Good Sam periodontist. Dr M called me from the airport as he had just landed! (So kind and fantastic customer care)And got me an appointment with him that same day. He meet with me, explained all the charges, got me in for the bone graft AND implant all in 1 appointment THE NEXT DAY! local anathesia and honestly no pain during or after the implant. He checked on me regularly to be sure I was ok, phone and follow up appointments, then when I was healed only a few weeks after implantation, Dr M measured me for the crown, took mold.. And in two weeks I will be all set. So amazing and kind-hearted. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

Dr. Paul and his associates strive for perfection and if something isn’t right, they fix it. Their hygienist’s are professional and experienced and take pains to make sure there is his little discomfort as possible. I travel 16 or 17 miles each way and have been for doing so for many years.
