“Update: my second appt went a lot smoother and I was happy with the treatment and aftercare.<br><br>They won’t treat your pain, I guess you’re just supposed to grin and bear it, pun intended. I came in with an infection/abscess tooth with the infection traveling up into the left side of my face causing my under eye to be puffy and my cheek hard with infection. I really needed some compassion and some pain medicine, but I was left to fend for myself. She didn’t even discuss any ways to mitigate my pain. I know there’s a national database where doctors can check if you are drug seeking and I haven’t gotten anything like pain medicine in years and years. they will do 10 extractions soon and I’m wondering how they will be handling the pain issue. Going through this has all felt very traumatic. My dentist was Dr Michelle.<br><br>On the upside, staff was knowledgeable and there was virtually no wait time. The prices here are very reasonable and a lot better than my last dentist, so that’s a big win. I think the office could definitely be updated to feel more inviting. Beware the $50 missed appt fee! Charged if you don’t give a 48 hour notice. I’m undecided if I will be sticking around. 4 stars ⭐”
