John and Elizabeth were so caring and kind. They helped me step by step through the final arrangements for my dad. They were very patient and supportive. During a difficult time such as this, it’s nice knowing that there are people like them the help you get through.
Toland Herzig was so compassionate and professional with me and my sister at one of the most difficult moments in our lives. My mom had everything prepared in advance, however we had some final decissions to do with them and they were so helpful in guiding us on what direction to take. Thank you for all of your kindness to me and my family.
Every member of the staff treated our family with the utmost kindness and respect. They were there for us any time we had questions. They even reached out later just to check on the family.
