I did not know what to expect because I had never been through anything like this before. I didn't need to worry because John was so helpful and took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything they did they did with such compassion and care.
Tricia was so professional, helpful and caring during our time of need. She helped my brother and I make arrangements for our father and was available for any modifications we needed to make as this is a very overwhelming time. We are forever grateful for such a compassionate person and staff.
