Spoke to Liz over the phone about having a leaky shower head looked at. She scheduled to have Jeremy come out on my day off, which was perfect. He was on time, friendly, and did a great job. The communication and service is always top notch. I appreciate you.
Prompt. Listened very carefully to my problem. You were sending someone next day. Next day, the hot water problem resolved itself. Your end canceled it's appt. Thanks were given on both sides. I'm very reassured that your help will be there when needed.
Needed service work done to repair a former AEP rental water heater (now owned by me). Peterman Plumbing & Heating is the authorized AEP contractor they tell me for 47 counties in Ohio, and they repair about 10 of these units per week; I know from experience that over 3000 of these units were installed in just the Canton area about 27 years ago; I own a few of them at my rental homes. The guys that Peterman sent were knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and they replaced most of the parts that typically fail in 20+ years of service although only one part was actually defective.
