Needed service work done to repair a former AEP rental water heater (now owned by me). Peterman Plumbing & Heating is the authorized AEP contractor they tell me for 47 counties in Ohio, and they repair about 10 of these units per week; I know from experience that over 3000 of these units were installed in just the Canton area about 27 years ago; I own a few of them at my rental homes. The guys that Peterman sent were knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and they replaced most of the parts that typically fail in 20+ years of service although only one part was actually defective. Had to wait a week for them to come out which was a bit of a long wait time to be without a shower, but know that they are so busy because they are a fantastic business. Our tech was Jeremy and he was absolutely awesome, in and out within an hour at a reasonable cost! We will always choose Peterman’s Plumbing.
