Customers are assisted from start to finish, from selecting the right product to guaranteed professional installation. Estimates are free. Customers report great experiences, with smooth processes from start to finish and a lot of flooring to choose from. Staff are professional, helpful, and friendly, even bringing samples to a customer recovering from foot surgery. Fair prices are noted. I absolutely recommend One Stop Flooring for all your flooring needs. From the initial telephone call, choosing from a vast product selection, expert knowledge and workmanship, to reasonable prices. I was thoroughly amazed at the beautifully finished results. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Also, the care and cleanliness taken during and after the completion of the project went above and beyond. Every single employee involved, showed the upmost respect and patience. Update: Joe and Bob have addressed my issues and I was NOT charged further. I will recommend them but make sure communication about what you want is possible and clearly fleshed out before the work starts. To the primary installer crew I am not naming you so as not to hurt you in any way, this was a miscommunication, not a reflection on you and your work. Thanks to all for resolving this.
