Today was the second time we’ve had Henry’s come to our home to fix issues from a previous plumbing company we used to use and also replace a faucet for us. I scheduled an appointment very easily and they ended up calling to come early today. The technician was very friendly, punctual and talked to us step by step. We are very happy we made the decision to use Henry’s from here on out for all of our plumbing needs!

Recently, my 14 year old Carrier Infinity furnace started making a lot of noise when the inducer motor came on. So, I turned it off. I called one HVAC company up, and and the guy they sent out said that I should get a new furnace. I also called another HVAC company up for a 2nd opinion, and the guy that they sent was a little older, and said that he had seen this before: the seal between the inducer motor and the inducer fan had gotten dried out over the last 14 years, which is understandable. So, he put a few drops of oil on it, and it stopped the noise, and hasn't been a problem 3 days ever since. I'll probably have him come back and replace the seal entirely,... read full review

Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. Called Henry on a late Saturday afternoon. One hour later our AC was fixed. Prompt and Excellent service even on a weekend. Thanks to Zach Our house is cool again. I will always call Henry first!!
