I first needed the services of Alltek in August of 2007 whe Finday experienced a 100 year flood. my cellar held two furnaces a a hot water tank, all had been under 5' of water. while local services were overwhelmed, I called Alltek and they arrived the next morning! since the i have only tapped them to handle any plumbing or HVAC issue. I had an old plumbing connection break loose that required shutting water off to house. On short notice, Ben was sent out, and an hour later had shut offs installed and connections made. Alltek came to our rescue. We were trying to replace a kitchen faucet in my dad's house and while trying to loose the faucet hose nuts the entire shutoff valve came off and water went everywhere. Of course its 5 p.m. So we shut the main valve off and turned it on when we needed water but next morning they came to the rescue within 2 hours after I called!! 1.5 hours later we had newer pipe installed valves and faucet in place . The cost was a little more than I was hoping to spend but I'd rather update it now then have another expenditure in the future. The tech was Sam and he explained everything to me. Highly recommend!
Alltek does great work. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, professional, and take pride in what they do. If you're considering having any plumbing or hvac work done, I would highly recommend you give them a call.
